When we understand ourselves, understand and use our strengths and gifts, and serve others using these gifts and strengths, it can lead us to understanding our deeper purpose, and live a life of fulfillment, joy, and peace.
Why the Enneagram?
Unlike other personality typing systems, the Enneagram is a map that helps us to discover what drives us. It helps us understand why we do what we do by showing us what our deepest fear is. It shows us how that core fear leads to our core weakness and brings to light our deepest longing. But it doesn't just leave us there. It also shows us our core strength and the things that we were created to do to make the world around us better.
The Enneagram (Ennea=9, Gram=Diagram) is simply a path for self-discovery and personal growth based on 9 basic personality types. The Enneagram accurately and clearly describes why you think, feel and behave in particular ways based on those core fears and core desires.
The power of the Enneagram is in its ability to transform our self-limiting beliefs and behaviors. It helps us to break the cycle of shame, anxiety, and anger that keeps our hearts in chaos. The gift of the Enneagram is the awareness it brings because once we understand why we do what we do, those struggles begin to lose their power and your greatest strengths begin to shine. It also helps us to understand our family members, friends, and co-workers better.
